4. Basic theoretical knowledge of plasticizing and mixing.
5. Calculation method of open mill capacity for this position.
6. Basic performance and application knowledge of the main raw materials used in conveyor belts.
7. The basic principles and maintenance methods of the open mill structure in this position.
8. Common knowledge about electricity usage, key points of fire prevention, and main positions in this process.
9. The importance of wiping glue and covering glue markings for each model and specification.
2.You should be able to :
1. Be able to operate according to the work instructions proficiently, and the quality of quick inspection meets the technical indicators.
2. Be able to master the essentials of rubber mixing operations and the execution method of the feeding sequence using single-use scales for different raw rubber products.
3. Be able to analyze and judge the quality of the rubber mix produced by yourself, the reasons for scorch or impurities and compound particles, and be able to take corrective and preventive measures in a timely manner.
4. Be able to identify the types, brands, execution standards, and appearance quality of raw materials commonly used in this position.
5. Be able to identify whether the machinery is operating normally and detect potential accidents in a timely manner.
6. Be able to make correct analysis and estimation of the mechanical reasons and raw material process defects of the mixed rubber quality.
