Application :
Lab rubber kneader is used for mixing or compounding rubber and plastics. The mixer consists of two rotating spiral-shaped rotors encased in segments of cylindrical housings. The rotors may be cored for circulation of heating or cooling.
It has reasonable design, advanced structure, high manufacturing quality, reliable operation and long service life. It's suitable for tire and rubber industries insulating material and cable industries to plasticization, master-batch and final mixing, especially for mixing of radial tire compound.
Product Detail:
1. Dispersion Kneader Machine rotor is coated with hard chromium alloy, quenching treatment and polished, (12-15 layers).
2. Dispersion Kneader Machine mixing chamber consists of W-shape body welded with high quality steel plates and two pieces of side plates. The chamber, rotors and piston ram are all jacketed structure for the ingoing of steam, oil and water for heating and cooling to suit the various requirement for the process of mixing and plastication.
3.Dispersion Kneader Machine Motor, reducer adopts hardened tooth surface gear, which has very low noise and can save 20% electricity or power and has a long service life - 20 years.
4. PLC control system adopts Mitsubishi or Omron. Electric parts adopt ABB or US Brand.
5. Hydraulic pressure tilting mechanism with the advantage of fast discharging materials and 140 tilt angle.
6. Chamber is well-sealed by the arc-shaped-plate-groove labyrinth type structure and the shaft end of rotor adopts contact type non-lubricating with spring tightening structure.
7. Temperature is controlled and adjustable by electric control system.
8. Pneumatic system can protect the motor from being damaged due to the overloading of chamber.
